284th Glasgow Boys' Brigade Anchor Boys

Our Anchor Boys meet every Monday evening. The programme includes Games , Arts & Crafts , Story Telling.

Our Leaders are Frances and Eddie.

They have been taking us for exciting games such as Traffic Lights , Football & Shipmates. We have also been practising our Figure Marching.

Recently we have been very busy making delicious Iced Biscuits , and we also learned how to make Chocolate Crispy cakes. We went on a visit to the Carnival at Strathclyde Park , at Christmas , and we walked along the yellow brick road and found Santa at the end of it. This session we have also been learning about people who help us and the different ways that God helps us. We drew pictures , coloured them in and cut them out.

In the next few weeks we will be learning some new games such as the Obstacle Race , the Moods Game , Ladder Game and Stepping Stones. We will be making wall friezes about Palm Sunday , making special cards for Easter , listening to stories about Noah ,and Jesus and having lots more fun !!!!!
